Service Description

As your Mindfulness Coach, I will listen and introduce you to a toolkit of meditation practices to guide you towards achieving your wellness goals which might include building resilience to navigate the challenges of your daily life, and staying anchored in the present moment with compassion and non-judgment. This can be done in-person or virtually via web conference. As you immerse into your mindfulness practice your attachments to unhealthy thought patterns will begin to fall away and this shift will enable you to approach life with a fresh attitude.
